Health Plans & Billing
We share your concern about the cost of medical care. Our
fees are standard for our specialties and this area. Information about our
charges is available upon request.
Because billing and collection costs add to the cost of medical care, we ask
that you try to pay at the time of service. However, as a courtesy to
the patient, the Medical & Surgical Clinic of Irving will file the
insurance. The patient is responsible for all charges that are not covered by
the health plan. Should you have special circumstances which make this
difficult, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for a mutually
acceptable payment program.
If you have questions regarding your bill or need to report a change of
address, please contact our patient relations department at (972)
253-2574. The Clinic will be glad to answer any questions and
resolve any issues you have pertaining to your account.
