Dr. Alex W. Garcia, leading podiatric surgeon for the greater Dallas-Fort Worth area, has specialized in the prevention, diagnosis and expert treatment of ankle and foot problems for over 12 years.
Well known for his attentive and innovative approach to medical and cosmetic care, Dr. Garcia facilitates a patient experience that is comprehensive from start to finish. His office utilizes the latest technology, from digital tablets for ease of checking in, to online portal access and advanced laser treatments.

Dr. Alex W. Garcia received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Following graduation, he completed a residency at Temple University Hospital and Dallas Southwest Medical Center with a specialization in podiatric orthopedics and podiatric surgery, respectively.
He is a founding associate of the American Professional Wound Care Association (APWCA), board certified in Primary Care in Podiatric Medicine and Podiatric Surgery by the American Board of Multiple Specialties in Podiatry (ABMSP), and physician certified in Wound Care by the Council for Medical Education and Testing (CMET). He has additional training in the fields of microsurgery and peripheral nerve surgery.
Dr. Garcia is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association (APMA), Texas Podiatric Medical Association (TPMA), and the North Texas Latin American Physicians Association (NTLAPA).
He is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
In his free time, Dr. Garcia enjoys playing volleyball and being involved in canine rescue groups. He and his cherished pet, Bella, have provided a caring foster home for several rescue dogs over the years.
