Raymond Kwan serves the Medical and Surgical Clinic of Irving as a family practice physician assistant. With a dedication to professionalism and a commitment to helping patients achieve better health, Kwan is dedicated to helping the North Texas community. Kwan’s experience and education enables him to provide the best care he can to all of his patients.
Kwan began his career in medicine at Texas A&M University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science in 2011. After graduating, Kwan stayed in College Station and received his Certificate of Public Health from A&M’s School of Rural Public Health. From there, Kwan attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He graduated magna cum laude in 2014.
During and after his education, Kwan gained experience working at a number of clinics around the state of Texas. Over his professional career, Kwan has worked in surgery and emergency departments in Galveston and Austin; in Internal Medicine in Houston, The Woodlands, and Lufkin; with women and children in Cleveland, TX, and Houston; and in primary care clinics in Lufkin and Nacogdoches. Kwan joins the MSCI team as a family practice physician assistant, helping everyone achieve better health.
On top of his education and experience, Kwan devotes his spare time volunteering and has a long history of volunteerism. Understanding that good health is important to everyone, Kwan has worked with clinics to provide local care, health screenings, visits, and more.
